Stairway to Heaven v2

I got up and off to work early to see if I could get a better shot of the full moon and the grain silos on the Ohio River. The area right below where b. schlake and myself work.

I was fighting early morning twilight with a low lying fog that was slowly lifting. The moon was soon swallowed by the fog. Shot was taken hand held with 18-200vr lens. I wish I had taken my tripod since it was darker light than it was last year. But I got lucky and got a guy walking up the stairs. Got a few pictures of him before he walked on.

  1. I would have paid him to be up there and you got him for free. Not a bad deal.

  2. This is definitely one of those "Darn, how did he do that?" shots. Very cool composition.

  3. got up very early lin, had to go in work early to fix a problem with a vendor. Our company site was down, they moved it to a dedicated server.

I took a picture like this last October but later morn so the light was to strong to really show the moon. So I went down this year, earlier but this year we had the mentioned fog on the river.
